I have a place for rent in Downtown Murfreesboro, near MTSU. It's a 2bedroom, 1 bath unit, and it's ready to move in to. It is super clean! Newer appliances are included, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Even though the building was built in the 1950s, it was completely remodeled about 10 years ago, including new windows, insulation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, refinished floors, and a lot more. There are washer and dryer hookups in the basement, but, a washer and dryer are NOT included.

The pictures show furnishings, but, I will rent this furnished or unfurnished. If you want a 2 year lease, unfurnished, the rent is $1,500 including water and Comcast Internet.

If you want furnished on a shorter term, it will be more.

This is 1 unit in a duplex. It is on Bell St about 3 blocks from Middle TN Blvd and MTSU. It has an nice floorplan, with the kitchen and living room being connected via a double doorway in the downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

Pets are NOT allowed. $1500 on a 2 year lease. $1550 on a 1 year lease.

Water and Electric are included. The only other utility is electric, which I will cover if you rent it on a short term basis.

Deposit is $1,100.

In order to qualify, you must have income of 3 times the rental amount. I do a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history report. I do not care about student loans or medical bills. I am mainly looking for apartment or real estate related debt / judgements / evictions.

First month's rent and security deposit are due in full before move in.
