There is an awesome deck off the back overlooking the lovely backyard. The heat is by gas and the tenant pays for all of their own utilities. There is off-street parking for two cars in the driveway.

This property is located in Arlington Heights near the Lexington line and there is very easy access to public transportation and rt 2/128/90. Close to Trader Joe's and all that Arlington Heights and Lexington Center have to offer.

A cat is welcome and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
