Great school - our kids were more than well prepared for high school.

Absolutely amazing school. The teachers go above and beyond for everything. Every year we think our child has had the nicest teacher ever and then we’re flummoxed by how kind and attentive the next teacher is. Our child literally prefers to be at WIS to anywhere in the world. She always says she can’t wait for Monday, so she can go back to school. The building is beautiful, designed with so much natural light. My child is a picky eater at home but loves their cafeteria food: CPS does a a great job at all their schools of providing many food options for kids. The office staff are always responsive and kind. The nurses are very helpful with our child’s food allergy. We feel very safe having our child there. The Kids Korner after school program does a great job of providing fun options like crafts, games, and a library - in addition to outdoor play.The PTO does an incredible job w activities like Trunk-or-Treat, which is a regional draw. They send the kids to fun places like dinosaur museums and the beach. They are friendly and kind members of the community. We chose to live in Cromwell because of their reputable schools, and we did a lot of research before buying here. They have surpassed our expectations.
