Townhome has a lot of storage places and shelves. Front door with master bedroom faces north, that's why it is never too hot in master bedroom during the summer.

Quite neighborhood with good neighbors. Close to I-15 and 215 access. Close to Midvale schools, Overstock, Top golf, Wheeler Farm, Fashion Place Mall, grocery stores and many restaurants in the Fort Union area. 20 minute walking distance to Midvale TRAX station.

This is a drug-free and smoke-free home with serious background check. One small dog or cat are allowed with an additional payment of $45 each per month. Minimum lease length: 12 months. $1,685 per month.
