Community has a nice clubhouse with laundry facility inside, and a shuffleboard court. Everyone in this community is very friendly and looks out for one another. Buyer must be approved by park management, but this process is super fast and easy. You can complete the approval application in person or online. Lot rent includes water, sewer, trash and WiFi.
