Living room: gas fireplace with a large screen TV over it.

Garage: a TV mount to fit a very large screen and is heated/cooled with a mini split.
Backyard: Screened in patio, jacuzzi, two new baby peach trees.

Schools: Ooltewah Elementary and high school, Hunter Middle.

Lease length is flexible and we are offering a moving special for March, only $500 deposit! We are also offering a lease to purchase (rent to own) agreement. A lease purchase is a route to home ownership for those who want to own but do not have enough money saved yet. Message for more information and to set up a time to see the home.

Renters manage all utilities, water, garbage & lawn care. Renters insurance is not needed but recommended. The renters must also follow HOA rules. Roommates can apply.
