Description

It’s a beautiful home. Red/brown brick. White vinyl eves. Two Large beautiful white columns as you step up onto the front porch. Very nice ornate designer window inside the heavy metal front door. Exra wide concrete driveway that leads to a white sidewalk up to the front door. Security Camera system is constantly spying to see who may be here. Beautifully manicured yard and flower beds by front door. House is very well maintained. Has a new 3 dimensional dark slate color roof that was installed last year. Also installed a new 50 gallon Rheam hot water heater last year. We also installed a brand new AC unit (inside and outside unit) in October 2021. It is working amazing! We live on just a little over 1 acre, so the room is very nice when the kids want to play baseball or football. We have a 3 rail fence toward the front of our yard to keep the kids safe. We have also has a professionaly installed metal barn that I keep my boats and utility trailers, etc… inside. Inside the house, we have a beautiful garden tub in the Master bathroom, with double vanities. Also a walk in closet I. The master bedroom. In the kitchen we have porcelain tile floors and beautifu Maple wood cabinets. The bar is great to stand up and socialize with friends. We have all stainless appliances: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, self cleaning oven, a stainless dishwasher and a stainless caphlon air frier. We have also added a 30x50 professional Lu installed sunroom. It has its own separated AC and Heat system and is self contained.
