House needs to be cleaned and windows replaced. 3 br Mobile home sitting on an acre of land. Nice sized front yard and the pretty big back yard.. my mom and dad passed away recently leaving me with the property the property is worth 30,000 dol. There are legal ways to go about owning a home without going through probate. You can legally claim a home if you pay taxes on it and squat there as long as the owner knows your there after a certain amount of time then you can take the proof of receipts showing where you payed taxes and showing that the owner knows that your there and you can get the deed.the property was left to me on their will. I'm needing to sale the property ASAP and am willing to negotiate on the price of your serious.
