About this House

In a word Exceptional! This lovely duplex in Nixa has been maintained and updated by particular owners and both sides are cared for by the tenants as if they owned it. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, tile flooring in most of the home with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Large eat in kitchen has a fireplace (gas in 718, electric in 720). Both sides interior have been recently painted. Since ownership (past 5 years) sellers have added storm doors in front and rear, upgraded most of the light fixtu res, power washed the exterior every other year as well as stained the deck. Units are sprayed for bugs twice a year. New furnace and a/c have been replaced in past two years in 720 and new furnace in 718. Duplex is situated on a nice corner lot with trees and each unit has a deck with lattice privacy screening.
