Our jobs did not work out and we need to move. We have put over $37,000 into this property and are willing to sell the house for $70,000 and take a loss. Trees have recently been trimmed and several dead trees were removed. This house still needs new shingles or a metal roof but shows no signs of leaking. Exterior could use paint and a few minor repairs. Basement could use paint and flooring. This house is solid and has good bones. Newer furnace.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHoven Schools needs a reboot from the ground up. Instead, they're starting with the teachers, especially the good ones. The district allows the parents to run things, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease, so it's the loudest, most aggressive parents who get what they want. Male teachers, in particular, will have difficulty in the environment, as rumors are all perceived to be truth. Some teachers, especially those perceived as pillars in this small community, spread gossip. Students, likewise, expect to be put on a pedestal, even when breaking laws.
