Great starter home! 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom home in Sky Lake. This home needs some work but has potential. Previous owner removed a bedroom wall to create more family room but if you need a 4th bedroom, the wall could be put back in, closet and Jack and Jill bathroom still in place. Roof was replaced in 2012 and AC system has been upgraded in the last few years. Bathroom shower needs to be replaced. Nice screened in back porch and fenced back yard.
