About this House

Welcome to one of the most well kept beautiful updated single-story homes in Long Beach. This home features large rooms and a well laid out floor plan. There have only been two owners. Let's mention the updates: On the inside, the kitchen has been extended and there is an added family room which both are permitted. The large family room in the back could be converted into a 3rd bedroom if needed, and you could add a second bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of storage with all the cabinets. There is an ample amount of space to entertain in the dining room which opens into the family room. You can warm your toes and get cozy by the fireplace in the large living room. We have air conditioning and heat throughout the home, the windows are dual pane, the bathroom has a newer cabinet, flooring, toilet, and Corian shower, wood flooring has been matched to the original flooring and all refinished. The outside has had the sewer line replaced, there are sprinklers front and back, the home has a beautiful TEC coating all around, the electrical was updated, there is wrought iron fencing in the front and cinder blocks in the back, the roof is approximately six years old. This home is very bright with an open floor plan. The washer and dryer hookups and basin are in the garage. The garage also has a lot of storage areas.
