Please pay $30 Application/Credit Report Fee per adult if done online(must have separate email on application for each adult) or$40 if done in person. In office applications require appointments. Each applicant must have separate email. We will then send credit check link through a company called Rent Spree (check your spam) Additional Policies: We do rent units "sight unseen", however the prospective tenant(s) are fully responsible if they decide to sign lease We acknowledge and abide by all fair housing laws and regulations
If approved, security deposit will be required immediately or we reserve the right to keep advertising the unit for rent.
Any deposit or rent collected prior to tenant(s) move in must be in the form of cashier's check or money order
