About this House

This house is split 4 ways with a separate entrance to a charming studio. Only shared space is the courtyard and back yard. Utilities included. Lots of natural light, big backyard, and courtyard with a bohemian vibe. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and 15 min away from city center. Some furniture included: green sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs, armoire. You will need to supply your own bed. There's lots of closet space, shack for extra storage outside, very small kitchen. We are looking for a person on the quiet side who is responsible and respectful.

I am available to show the place mon-Friday after 6pm and pretty open on the weekends.

Google fiber payments are shared with neighbor downstairs and come out to be $27 a month.

The annual Easter egg hunt is really fun for the kids too. We're always looking to do things for small kiddos."

The location is great, with access to Ben White, Mopac, I-35 and South First is a straight run into downtown. There are two bus stops within a block. The house is located in between Central Market and Southpark Meadows and four movie theaters are 5 minutes away."
