Description

Completely remodeled home located on 8.5 acres. It was completely updated with all new LED lights and appliances. Has all new windows, interior, and exterior doors. The bedrooms got all new memory foam carpet and the bathrooms have new tile floors. The rest of the house got a beautiful vinyl flooring that matches the rustic look with all new modern features. The kitchen was completely replaced along with all new cabinets in the bathrooms. The bathrooms got new rain heads in the showers, toilets, and vanities. The stand alone bathtub in the master is perfect for a very nice bubble bath. The fire place works very well and also got the HVAC and water heater replaced about five years ago. It has a finished two car garage and a two car carport for extra storage. The house is roughly 5 miles from town with forest service behind it and the property boundary up to the creek with a beautiful view of a valley. It’s also about 2.5 miles from the community boat launch which isn’t for public. There is an easement through the property as well but looks very nice and the neighbor takes good care of it. Pictures do not do this property justice and I’m sure I’m forgetting things on here, but reach out and come check the house out.

"I live in Hemphill. It is a very quiet town. If you like living in a small town, then this town is great for you. There a lot of mom and pop stores, local family owned restaurants, and the friendliest people you will find anywhere. Local Law Enforcement care about the community and the people that live in it. They are always helping someone with a problem. Great place to live and raise a family."

"This is a really nice little subdivision. Not too big, quiet, good roads, clean, and neighbors are friendly. A great place to retire, or enjoy a vacation home. The atmosphere is relaxing. The houses there are clean and tidy. Good investment area."

"Riverbend is one of my favorite locations at Toledo Bend! It's approximately 12 miles from Hemphill with a great subdivision boat ramp into Toledo Bend Lake! The subdivision exhibits pride of ownership and they seem to be a close knit community. One of the nice perks is the Riverbend House, where the homeowners meet once a month for a pot luck lunch and a neighborhood meeting. The Riverbend House is available to the homeowners in the subdivision and is often used for family reunions, baby and bridal showers, or any other event that requires a crowd larger than you can accomodate in your home! The subdivision is sitting on a beautiful part of Toledo Bend Lake with easy access to Cypress Bend Resort on the Louisiana side of the lake!"
