Neighborhood Description

"It's hard to put it down on paper what I love about our home and our area because I don't think about it much...and I think that is what's so comforting about living in Reading and the surrounding area. You don't have to think or worry about much...just enjoy your home.

A quick grocery run...a short drive to a new Kroger Marketplace in Blue Ash or the new Super Wal-Mart in Evendale can solve that issue. Or get a few grocery items and a fresh cut of meat at Vonderhaar's Catering in Reading if you like the home town butcher and the family owned business atmosphere. Either way it's an afterthought to get your grocery needs quickly.

Shopping is some of the best around...Kenwood Towne Centre, Rookwood, Hyde Park Square, Tri-County Mall, Fresh Market, Super Wal-Mart and Kroger Marketplace are all within minutes with the close access to Ronald Regan Hwy, Interstates 71 & 75 and Montgomery Road that Maple Drive offers to anyone who wants to make a house a home.

Summertime brings lots of entertainment...church festivals, concerts and fireworks, local high school sports in the fall, parades, swimming pools, parks, etc...it's all available within the surrounding area. Variety is a word that goes well here.

Finally, I just feel very comfortable on our street and with our neighbors. Well-kept yards, children riding bikes and running from yard to yard, help with the mail or paper when your out on vacation and just keeping an eye on things when you're at work or out enjoying the many activities the area has to offer. Someone is there to lend a hand or give a kind word every day. Or if you like, you can just come inside and do your own thing. Everyone seems to know when to help and when to just let you be you...

Make it your own with help from all the area has to offer!"
