Exterior Features: The brick is in great shape. The shingled roof is in good shape. Windows and soffits are intact. There are no eaves troughs. The structure seems to be in good condition. There is a concrete driveway. The yard is clean but overgrown. Interior Features: There are four (4) units in the structure. There are no air conditioning, no furnaces, and no hot water heaters present. The concrete floors are in good condition. There are no kitchen sinks, no toilets, no tubs, and no cabinets in bathrooms. Some units have kitchen cabinets but they are removed from the walls. Each unit has one bedroom, one living room, one bath, and one kitchen. The interior overall is in very poor condition with a great deal of damage. A lot of drywall is missing due to stolen copper in each unit.
