About this House

Check out this affordable home in a quiet neighborhood. Originally a 3 bedroom - a wall was removed to make a larger master with sitting area. The wall could easily be put back (I have put the measurements for master as 2 rooms). The two living areas give plenty of space for a family to sprawl out. The large yard has a garden area and a 20x20 workshop and 11x11 shed. There is a working 80' well also. The 2nd bathroom does have plumbing for a shower but one is not installed. Roof was replaced in 2017 and HVAC 2008. This home will require some TLC to finish up several projects that were started to include flooring, paint and trim. It is priced with this in mind.
