The home is located close to I-20 and just around the corner from downtown Camden. The kitchen is bright and will be perfect for preparing meals to be shared in your new home. Pet Friendly Application Fee: $50 (A portion of all proceeds from the application fee go to a non-profit charity; all applications fees are non-refundable) Here at Rent Haven, we love our furry friends and welcome them with open arms! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. 3 pet maximum per home; Monthly Pet Rent of $15 per Pet . A portion of your monthly pet rent is donated to a non-profit charity. Due to insurance reasons, some of our pets will not be able to stay with us. Below is a list of pets we will not be able to accept: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Korean Jindo, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf/Wolf Hybrid Approval is based on an overall review of income, credit, evictions and background check. Applicants must gross 2.75x the amount of the rent, owe no utility companies or other property management companies, and have no felonies listed on the criminal background check to be approved. Reservation Binder: (*Required to be paid via certified funds within 24 hours of approval for Securing the Home. Your Reservation fee is equal to your security deposit/as determined by our credit guidelines. This fee is used to hold the property for you until you move in. Once your reservation fee agreement is signed and received by our office/reservation fee paid by certified funds, the property will be removed from the market. Once you move in to the assigned home, the reservation fee will be applied as the Security Deposit, fully refundable after the lease is fulfilled/pending no damage to the home/premises or rent/fee monies owed. In the event that you do not move into the home on the date of scheduled possession per your lease agreement/or all terms of your lease agreement are not fulfilled, the Reservation Binder is NON REFUNDABLE.) Minimum credit score accepted for a standard deposit approval would be a 540 (*505-539 are considered for Conditional Approval with Increased Deposit requirements). Everyone who will be living in a home that is over the age of 18, is required to complete an application. We require a credit check, background check and eviction check on every applicant.
