"I have lived in Wenatchee for almost ten years. It is a nice place for recreation. I do think that people care about the community, however Washington as a state has issues with drugs and substance abuse and homelessness. There are areas in town I would not live. Definitely check out a place before you rent or buy. "

"We've lived here for 20 years. It used to be nice and quiet, with few neighbors. Now it's being developed into townhouses and apartments. Unfortunately, the city is changing it's requirements, so we won't be getting sidewalks or community improvements to go along with the huge influx of residents. Unfortunate!"

"Some people may not like that some people keep their dogs in front yards and they tend to bark and cause confrontation with other dogs. also people should always be prepared to pick up their dogs poo instead of leaving it in people's yards. "
