The current use is agricultural with a future use of R-1. There are some wetlands on the property with about a 2 acre cattle pond. The area currently has a 12" county water line installed running the full length of Williams Rd. The water line could cause an increase in density changing the future use. If this occurs it will bring an entrance on I-4 and possibly the extension of sewer lines up Williams Rd. Also, if you look at the map you will see that I-75 runs parallel to Williams Rd. This allows access to both major routes from the subject property and yet maintaining the rural character of the area. The site has been deemed by continual testing to have no hazardous areas. The site has 2 -3" wells and 2 operating and approved septic systems. It is completely fenced, having cattle grazing, and Hay areas.
