Has grill, large window ac, stereo system, Pillow top queen bed, sleeper sofa, two twin beds, coffee maker deck & dock furniture, no phone but within cell service area, linens, kitchen has plates, utensils, pots/pans, Boat parking, Flat screen led TV with satellite Boat ramp, Bait and C store store less than 5 miles away. Water up in March and down after labor day.
