Directions: From Obyrnes Ferry Rd. turn into main gate at Poker Flat Gate is manned daily and usually closed between 11-11:30 for lunch.

Tenant would need to hook up PG&E, water, garbage and propane in their name. Renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000.00 liability is required.

One year lease required. Pets with additional deposit and pet rent.
