I would rate it highly. I went to school here, my brothers did, my nephew goes now and so does my niece. My daughter will be starting here in the fall and I am excited about that.

My husband and I moved to La Crescent 10 years ago when our oldest was about to start Kindergarten. We weren't sure what to expect since we both attended larger schools growing up. This small community and school system has always impressed us. We've never felt limited to what the larger schools have (other than the actual structure of the buildings). The teachers are TOP NOTCH and use the latest teaching methods -- including a heavy focus on using technology in the classrooms. Most grades also have laptops that each student uses daily at school and at home. I'm proud of our school and feel my children are getting an excellent education and experience. I wouldn't want my kids to go anywhere else.
