Grab your bike and head to the canal or dare to adventure into mountain biking at Dreamy Draw Park or North Mountain, both just minutes away. Hike Piestewa Peak or start on your running resolution in the neighborhood (previously trained for my marathon in the neighborhood!). Madison Simis Elementary is 3 blocks away, so great location for Mom's to walk their kids to school and avoid that hectic morning traffic. Love this house and hope you will too!

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
