    "I've lived in Algoma for 26 years. Everyone knows everyone, and their business. It is what it is. But your close to your family too."

    "i live next door love it been here 6 years peaceful wisconsin label across street for any one that wants to walk to work post office up the street nursing home two blocks away united methodist church, pharmacy , funeral home, bus for over 55 years old, also meals for elderly at church , tire center, algoma motors , there is also a small garden already tilled in back of house. watch shanty days fireworks sitting outside beautiful display in august. 2 grocery stores, and family dollar , gas stations every thing you need i ts like living in mayberry. great police and city hall public library. i love algoma hope you do do. check it out.like a good neighbor i have local state farm. apes on main best hambergers in town. walters hardware, floral shop, dairy deans best breakfast in town, s&ks best dining around an brunch on sundays. cant ask for any thing more algoma has it all beach with board walk, motels, banks, park, fish market, everything you need we also have a neighbor that plows snow. im happy to be a residence of algoma i love the peace and quiet. "
