There is absolutely no leadership at all, no support, lack of appropriate punishment for those children who bully and physically assault students in the school. The current principal and many of the staff (with the exception of a select few) sink to an adolescent level in their interactions with students. Madison Middle School is in desperate need of reform. Although the principal has changed a few times, the school has consistently provided a safe and supportive learning environment at each grade level.
