  • Jen R.
"People walk dogs regularly here and keep them on leashes. They’re also friendly when passing by. Streets are mostly flat. The neighborhood would benefit from more sidewalks and lighting, however."
  • mahei28
"Springdale is growing quite nicely. They are expanding with homes, townhouses, businesses, shops, etc. "
  • Trulia User
"Quiet and centrally located. Easy to get anywhere within Springdale and Northwest Arkansas. Schools are also great in our area. "
  • Robert Ouchark
"Very nice and clean sidewalks No strays Nice grassy area surrounding a pond A nice dog park is very close "
  • Denny Fuentes
"The place is well divorced with many different people. It’s safe to walk and to go the park. Schools are close by and so are grocery stores. The city is growing and so you know that there are jobs here if you’re looking for one. People tend to keep to themselves unless if you or someone decides to make it bigger that what it actually is well to at least to my knowledge. I have been living here for 21 years and haven’t had any problems."
  • Jesus q.
"Because I like quiet streets no to much noise and traffic. I don’t like noise neighbors.also it’s close to everything Walmart, the mall."
  • Ray Wagoner
"People decorate for Christmas, talk to each other in the front yard, walk the neighborhood, and watch out for each other. "
  • Omarmtz69
"They would like the accessibility to the razorback greenway trail but they would hate the proximity to bust streets. "
  • Giles.virginia
"I am retired. I don’t commute. The neighborhood is nice. I live close to a couple of major streets. And near some nice public areas. I live near a mall. I am close to entertainment. The exits and roadways have good flow to them, it is not overly congested. I live near a hospital and a grocery store and several shopping areas. And near restaurants. I highly recommend the area that I live in. "
  • Karah
"Diversity is a huge part. Between culture and religious backgrounds, there is friendliness everywhere."
  • Susan N.
"This is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Springdale, close to good schools and a sports complex. One correction to another comment. Springdale is NOT a suburb of Fayetteville."
  • Rachelkorpella
"Traffic is not bad but can get congested at times, especially during school drop off times. Public transit is available, but not utilized enough to be convenient. "
  • Walter V.
"I love my neighborhood i feel safe and i see my self doing many things in the future................."
  • Walter V.

  • Mary L.
"There's no public transportation. Traffic is horrible. People tend to park in the streets around my neighborhood making it one lane."
  • Maria T.
"It really just depends on the area of Springdale. It can be very diverse. There are trails near, but you may not be able to walk your dog over a mile from your front door."

"People here don’t pick up the dogs doo. I do I carry bags with myself and my 2 little girls puppies. And enjoy ice cold water when we come back from our walks. And we walk 4 times a day. And I have 2 pee pads in the bathroom for nights. We are safe that way. Just moved from California and I will love it in a better place and find a church close by. Thank you for your time. God bless Connie Sherrell-Abbott. Changing back to maiden name soon SHERRELL!"
  • Laura W.
