We have everything you need for a relaxing vacation- fully stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even shark tooth sifters for your day at the beach. There is a laundry closet with a shared washer/dryer and for those with children- we have a crib, pack and play, and highchair for your use upon request. You also get hassle-free off-street parking for one car on the property.

Come relax and unwind in our beautiful beach town. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach, dolphin watching, shelling, and shark tooth hunting, then rinse off in the outdoor shower, and explore the shops in our Historic Downtown. The island has everything from parks, local restaurants, beaches, the jetty, festivals, a library, an art center, a local museum, city basketball, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, a children's splash pad, churches, a hospital, and a grocery store. It also has and elementary, middle, and high school where kids can bike to school. At the downtown gazebo there are public concerts and there are often downtown festivals. Every Saturday there's a farmer's market in front of the firehouse. It's golf cart and bike friendly with the famous legacy trail bike trail. You can visit the public beaches, fish from the city pier or jetty, or venture out for an isolated stroll along Casperson's beach, known as the shark's tooth capital of the world. Botique shops, ice cream shops, and local restraunts provide plenty to do year round. Perfect for families or retires. "
