This is a short term vacation rental. Subleasing is not permitted.
The monthly rental does not include 6% Sales Tax for short term rental.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed.
Tenants are required to keep the premises clean and free from debris and any food sources that may attract pests.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ and has its own restrictions that must be observed. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
