About this House

Nice country home 4 bedrooms. 2upstairs, 2 downstairs 1 full bath, 1 half bath with room to expand. New roof 2020, new hot water heater 2023, newly painted kitchen cabinets new pulls. Installed new steel front door, New mud room screen doors. Painted the mud room doors. .92 acres nice big lot nice shading trees. Neighbors are great in a great School District, Col Crawford. Newly sealed driveway and wrapped porch, new concrete front steps and large sidewalk to the driveway. Windows all pull into clean new flooring in most of the house. Bedrooms upstairs have hardwood flooring under the carpet. Very close to surrounding cities, country living but close to town. No city taxes. The well is great and septic just emptied, propane heat. Newer furnace has central air. Water softener is leased. Lots of walk in closets and storage and work space in basement along with large laundry room which at one time had a whole kitchen in it. Has a family room on the other side, a walk in shower in basement old needs renovated but it works. Garage is 1.5 with cabinets and attic with pull down steps carport added concrete floor. Room to add on if needed. New oven and hood vent and stainless refrigerator, new washer, dryer is older but it is in great shape. Large freezer that works staying with the house. The website may have older pictures. The house has been updated.

"Schools don’t have a great reputation. However, there are lots of kids in the town. Nice public pool. Town is doing a lot to make itself nicer- we have some surprisingly nice restaurants and festivals. Lots of things to do in an hours drive (Columbus, Sandusky, etc). Lots of cute houses."
