Freshly painted inside with a private, wooded lanai view and lots of natural light. Cypress Strand has a community clubhouse, tennis courts, pool and spa. Kitchen has plenty of cupboards and counter space, large island and a built-in desk. There is a brand new, super quiet Bosch dishwasher and a new refrigerator. There are 2 fans in the kitchen and also a bistro dining area. The great room has plenty of living space and room for a full size dining table and buffet. Both the great room and the master bedroom have vaulted ceilings and tile flooring. The master BR has a large walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a full sized tub in the secondary bathroom. The laundry room with extra shelving is off the kitchen. The bedrooms and the kitchen have beautiful white plantation shutters. Custom made sheer blinds highlight the large sliding door to the patio. There are fans in all the bedrooms, great room, kitchen and lanai. The lanai is large and fully screened with hurricane windows. This condo has a one car garage with extra storage and a door directly into the condo. It's a perfect location near the I-75, shopping, restaurants and our stunning blue turquoise water beaches.
The condo is unfurnished. Some of the photos show furniture just to visualize the size of the space.

Basic cable plus HBO is included in the rent. Electricity, water and trash are the responsibility of the renter. There is a $100 application fee payable directly to the Condo Association for a credit check. 1st months rent and security deposit due on lease signing and credit approval by the HOA.
No pets, no smoking.
