The first floor features a living room, dining area and a kitchen. Back door conveniently accesses the parking lot behind the property.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The full basement can easily be used as a rec room, and consists of the laundry area, a furnace and a water tank. No need to run to the Laundromat anymore!
While you're responsible for your own utilities, the landlord is responsible for maintenance, trash removal and snow plowing.
Costs:
1. Rental amount is $575 per month plus your own utilities and can be paid online through ePay.
2. $30 Background check paid directly to "Trans Union" after you complete the online application.
3. One dog (less than 45 lbs) or one cat will be allowed per case basis and if approved, will incur the following fees:
Pet security deposit: $200.
Pet rental amount: $50 per month.
Requirements:
1. Since our tenants wish to enjoy peaceful living, all new applicants must complete a $30 TransUnion's Credit, Criminal and Eviction Screening. Tenancy decisions will only be made after we review TransUnion's recommendations.
2. Applicants or Co Applicants must not have had an eviction in the past 5 years.
3. Applicants or Co Applicants must not have had a felony on their record.
4. minimum Credit Score of 500 for ONE of the lease guarantors OR for a tenant's approved co-signor.
5. From past experience, in order for a tenant to afford all the housing costs, monthly household income should equal to or exceed 2.5 times the rental amount. (2.5 x $575) = $1437 per month.
If you viewed the property in person and wanted to reserve it, a $100 Reservation Fee for 48 hours (fully credited toward the first monthly payment) will be due.
