HOA dues for the last several years have been $50 per year with the CCR's stating a maximum allowed of $100 per year per acre.

    Seller is a B100 General Contractor with extensive commercial experience and can build to suite as well, but is willing to just sell the land.

    Mail service is daily (weekends and holidays excepted) where as other local Industrial areas (ex Washington Dam Road) are rural and only have mail service once every couple of weeks.

Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
