    1.12 Acres in Ft Pierce Industrial Park in St George Utah. Land is flat and is fenced on two sides and has additional fenced-in yard in the middle. Container has been professionally painted recently. The photo of the light container is the same blue container after being painted. CCR's are available upon request. HOA dues for the last several years have been $50 per year with the CCR's stating a maximum allowed of $100 per year per acre.

    Seller is a B100 General Contractor with extensive commercial experience and can build to suite as well, but is willing to just sell the land.

    Mail service is daily (weekends and holidays excepted) where as other local Industrial areas (ex Washington Dam Road) are rural and only have mail service once every couple of weeks.

    Power, Culinary Water, Sewer, and gas are all available and stubbed to lot.

Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
