"It’s a small area and not many people are friendly, when you walk your dog, their is loose dogs coming after you or your dog not so not on a leash. People speed and don’t watch out. Dog owners might like to have a short walk "

"People like to walk their dogs and not clean up after them when they do their business in your yard. Also people chain dogs outside and keep them there no matter the weather and animal control can’t do anything about it because the laws here are so lax. People will also allow their dogs to run freely like cats. Animal owners in Moberly MO suck. The good ones are few and far between. "

"Moberly is a small town with urban influences. Just like with any town, there are good and bad parts. Beautiful parks though. A great little dog park. This town has really been trying to make a comeback by revitalizing the downtown and launching new community events and traditions."
