    "Itโ€™s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Two grocery stores are within walking distance as well as many restaurants and a gym. Itโ€™s located by a school though Iโ€™ve been told itโ€™s pretty rough there. Great location during the 4th of July. Can walk or drive right over to where theyโ€™re shooting off the fireworks. During the winter, itโ€™s relatively quiet and not much neighborhood togetherness but people are typically pretty friendly. There is glass on the street. I suspect from drinking the night before. Itโ€™s safe, but I wouldnโ€™t let kids play outside by themselves... "
