"They will love the walking time on the beautiful sidewalks especially the one at my house This is a lovely neighborhood "
  • Dndnash
"Quite a few families in our area and feel safe to let kids play with others around the neighborhood."
  • Grace H.
"Super safe for kids and families, the town is very well maintained and I highly recommend going trick or treating! "
  • Jledford89
"Fine minus the speeders and school traffic. There is no proper traffic control around the high school and the kids are horrendous drivers. Thereโ€™s a problem with kids and stuck up soccer moms thinking the speed limit doesnโ€™t pertain to them around town. Other than that, itโ€™s a lot better than anywhere else. "
  • Jacquie
"I donโ€™t see many dog owners in my neighborhood. Maybe there arenโ€™t many. There is a dog park nearby though! "
  • Brendon J.
"Great small town feel. Beautiful scenery, low crime and walking Front Street to local shops and restaurants is a joy"
  • Sheryl H.
"Great place to live. People are friendly. Lots of parks. Shopping is close. Downtown has a lot of charm!"
  • Bstfrnds2005
"Great friendly community! Small rural farming area with a very home town feel. We absolutely LOVE Lynden! "
  • Careychristi
"I have an easy commute south on Guide Meridian and then turning right on Kellogg to the community college."
  • Sheryl H.
"Churches and manicured lawns. Low crime rate. Friendly people. I love Lynden. Small town with a great downtown area. "
  • Luminouscreature711
"Living in Lynden is much like stepping back to a quieter, kinder and cleaner time in history when people still waved and smiled on the streets and parents stayed involved in their children's lives. Families walk and bike down tree lined streets, play at the community parks and attend sports events together. There are many quaint shops and boutiques, and a few decent restaurants. "
  • dying w.
"Easily the most boring place on earth! Way overpriced property with next to nothing to offer a family!"
  • John I.
"Lynden is an awesome place to call home! From the pride residents share in their sports teams to the manicured lawns and well maintained homes. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to live in Whatcom County. Community is at it's best in Lynden and the care that shows throughout is inspiring. From the Lynden Pioneer Museum to the Lynden Skateway and the beautiful Lynden City Park you can always find something for your friends or family to enjoy. The recently opened Jansen Art Center highlights local artists from the area and is housed within the completly renovated historic Lynden City Hall and Fire Hall. The quality of this resotoration has been admired by everyone. This is a must see for all who visit. As a local Realtor and resident I can highly recommend this city to anyone considering a move. It's a safe and laid-back community that some call Mayberry. It has so much to offer."
  • Cecelia M.
"We have visited our son and daughter-in-law several times and found the neighborhood to be warm and friendly. We loved visiting there because of the proximity to Vancouver and Seattle. It is also beathtakingly beautiful with water, trees, nature everywhere. The Pollman Circle area is a wonderful neighbor for youg families or retirees looking for a stylish home reasonably priced. "
