This is a duplex, 702 West Front and 216 Island, both rental units. Both units have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. As of October 2013, both units have been updated with all of the following: new plumbing, new double hung windows and fuse box to 100amp circuit breakers; 216 has ceramic tile bathroom (floors and walls) and kitchen floors and new kitchen cabinets and an eat-in island with sink and dishwasher. 702 will be undergoing a new ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom (floor and walls) and the addition of a new 1/2 bath and laundry room in 2014-15. 702 had a new energy efficient furnace installed in 2012. Both 702 and 216 are wired for central air. Both units have a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposals, washer and dryer and 216 also has a dishwasher. Parking is off-alley and on-street parking. Owners Jim and Donna, are very involved with home updates and being involved in the neighborhood. (Outside pictures were taken prior to updates) 702 and 216 are companion homes to each other.
