Description

From the spacious front porch, where you can sit and have your morning coffee, enter into this 55+ well-maintained condo/villa, and you will feel right at home. This delightful, well-cared for, move-in ready 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has newer low E windows, newer full-size washer and dryer in the Master Bedroom walk-in closet, new LED lighting in the Kitchen and Hallway, a recently painted interior, and hurricane shutters located under the beds. The Kitchen has soft-close wooden cabinetry, an updated stainless steel farmer sink, stainless steel range and microwave, a dishwasher, a newer stainless steel refrigerator, disposal, and a non-attached cabinet for extra storage. The Great Room has a Dining Area next to the Kitchen and a good-sized Living Room that leads to the Master Bedroom with an en suite bath and tub/shower. Inside the Master Bedroom walk-in closet, not only is there is a washer and dryer, but because this is a villa with no one above you, you have a bonus of pull-down stairs for access to the air handler. The two bedrooms are separated by the hot water heater closet and guest bathroom with a shower. The heated/air-conditioned Family Room is located beyond the sliders and has a large storage closet for extra pantry space. An exterior door leads you to the community pond on your left. The roof is 2018 and has new gutters at the exterior back. The HVAC has been serviced twice a year on a regular basis, and the ductwork was cleaned in 2020. There is a newer water shut off valve located in the hot water closet. Lovingly cared for, your new home awaits you! The Bay East community has a large pool, shuffleboard court, and a community room with a kitchen, gathering area, and a pool table. Small pets are allowed. The villa is conveniently located near a large grocery store with an easy access gate for the residents to use, restaurants, shopping, Tampa International Airport, and our world-famous sugar sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
