"I’ve loved her for 10 years. It’s pretty quiet and the park is nice. It’s super close for voting and the pool is great for the kids to walk to or the bathrooms they can stop at on the way home from school. Overall, it’s calm and quiet. Watch out for possums and squirrels..."

"The neighborhood is great. We have Trader Joe’s down the street as well as Albertsons. A new Chevron just opened and a Hyatt boutique hotel is opening in 6 months. The access to the West side parkway is great and we can easily get to the 99 or 5 "

"Very safe and limited access No thru traffic. Pride of home ownership and there are two churches where many of the neighbors attend. There is easy access to west side parkway and my kids can ride bikes safely "
