About this House

This Jamestown Rambler in the lovely Rolling Valley community is much larger than it seems from the street. Enjoy many hours of pleasure on the deck overlooking one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood. The master bedroom and bath is on the main floor with two additional bedrooms and another full bath. The lower level includes two large bedrooms, a third full bath, and a walk out basement through french doors in the huge, windowed family room. There is also a large laundry/storage room in the basement. The backyard is fully fenced and also has a handy storage shed.

We are not using an agent because buying and selling real estate is not that hard - we've done it several times in the past. We just pick out a title company and they provide all of the escrow, title and closing services. We'll still work with you if you're already locked in with an agent.... but if you haven't, then we can afford to be more negotiable with the price. Why use an agent when you can buy direct and save? Agents, no need to contact us to offer to sell it for us - we already know who we're going to list it with if it comes to that.
