About this House

Located on a peaceful, hilltop setting, this full brick home with central heat and air has three Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, an attached 2- car Garage and a very large Deck. It has a spacious open floor plan in the Kitchen, Dining and Family Rooms with new vinyl flooring. Beautiful, restored hardwood floors are present in all three Bedrooms, Hallways and the Living Room. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom and the family room. The wood burning fireplace has been converted to gas logs. Appliances included are an electric built-in double oven, electric 4-burner cook-top, dishwasher, garbage disposer and a counter-top microwave oven. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and trash pick-up, water and sewer with Benton Utilities, electricity with Entergy Arkansas, natural gas with CenterPoint Energy and trash pick-up from Saline County Trash Services. Wired internet access may be obtained with Fidelity Communications at tenant's expense. An application fee of $25 per each adult over the age of 18 with Social Security Number, to cover background and credit check, required with submission of application and proof of income. No pets allowed. Tenant is responsible for lawn care of only the 1.1 acres around the house.

A discount Lease program is available for Tenants who pay before the first of each month. An additional discount is available for signing a 2 - year lease.
