It also offers a very large walk-in closet. On the other side of the ground floor is a second bedroom with a full bath. This bedroom shares a utility hall with the good sized laundry room, with utility sink, and a half bath for casual guest. This hall has direct access to the garage. Upstairs are two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings; these share a full bath. The second floor also has a huge bonus room and seperate dry bar area. Home needs some cosmetic repair and updating of appliances. What's new: HV/AC system updated in late September of 2020 and neutral colored carpet installed in all bedrooms.

    "Forest Hills is located in mid Town. It is a large neighborhood near interstates, main hiways and roads. 15 mins to the mall, 6 mins for Gunter AFB, 15 mins to Maxwell AFB and downtown. There is plenty of shopping and grocery stores in walking distance and also a bus stop. As is common in cities now there are occasion shots heard and break-ins. Thugs are everywhere tho and its no worse than anywhere else in Montgomery. It is nice to feel like you in a wooded community and be really in the midst of town. I like the neighborhood!"
