Description

Railyard Flats is in the heart of the vibrant Railyard District. Directly on the Rail-Trail and Railyard Park, steps away from the Farmers' Market, Restaurants, Shops, Entertainment & Transportation. Less than a mile from the plaza, you can walk to museums, galleries, & cultural events.

Leave your car in your reserved parking spot! You can use the ground-level bicycle-storage when you're not riding around the heart of Santa Fe culture, and can walk to the Los Alamos shuttle. Relax beside the garden patio fire table, or reserve the rooftop barbeque deck to entertain. Complementary WiFi is always available in the lounge. We are smoke-free, curb-to-curb.

Railyard Flats are modern, downtown apartments, pre-wired for high-speed internet, each with dishwasher & washer/dryer, as well as its own air-conditioning/heating HVAC forced air system. Every unit has a private balcony, most big enough for table & chairs, many with additional storage. Our Amazon locker will keep track of your packages, and our card-access will ease you through our monitored entry.

Next door at the ArtYard building, above the award-winning Railyard Fitness Center, are our elegant Lofts, each with two stories of windows to admire the Santa Fe skies! Most Lofts have radiant heat flooring, all have forced-air AC & heat.

Both buildings share all Amenities. Extra storage of various sizes in the basement is rentable by tenants.

Locally owned & managed, we are here full time with professional support, while encouraging convenient contact-free interactions: we have online work-orders & online payment. Use the virtual-tour tools on our website to pre-measure for your furniture! (All units come unfurnished.)

We strive to build a true community at Railyard Flats. We do not allow sub-leasing/vacation rentals. We schedule occasional drop-in get-togethers with our tenants, & regularly share information about the exciting cultural/entertainment opportunities that surround us in the Railyard District.

12-month starting lease. $50 Application Fee. Landlord pays for trash, sewer, and water. No "RUBS" bill-back. No Administration fees.

"Lovely area with a great park for kids. People tend to not clean up after there dogs, so you do have to watch out while in the park. "
  • Chris
"I like the Christmas carols and all the Christmas lights. There is not an hoa. Yet the neighborhood has a good organized community. "
  • Chris
"We have a great park to walk the dogs on leash. A dog park for off leash running is very close as well. "
  • Tsintss
"I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and don’t feel safe after dark. The people are good just the youth are bad and get away with being rude and disrespectful . I think the "
  • tlkatz1
"Markets but mostly aimed at tourists . This seems to have become mostly a tourist town. Little to do otherwise "
  • Trulia User
"There are some nice neighborhoods and parks to walk around with dogs. Some major roads are nearby so careful to keep them on leash."
  • Trulia User
"Ragle park is nearby and nice. The neighborhoods feel safe. There are some sketchy people high on hard drugs around the train station. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking the rail trail near the train stop. "
  • Trulia User
"All ages in this neighborhood and safe. A lot of dog barking at times but mostly quiet when the windows are closed. "
  • Trulia User
"Not a dog fan but I certainly see plenty of dogs being walked. They seem welcome everywhere. What more can l say?"
  • Trulia User
"Dog friendly neighborhood but people are bad at curbing pets. Good local market but dogs not allowed in. Nearby outdoor food truck area where dogs can be"
  • Jessica G.
"Nice people from a great range of backgrounds. Great libraries, recreation, and amazing food. Skies and space."
  • Tcboyles
"Halloween on Verano Loop! It’s a family affair and we love our community. Private, and beautiful! A community outside the city!"
  • Lmackey31
"It’s gorgeous! Off Canyon rd and in the mountains. The perfect get away! Everything is modern, clean and perfectly designed. I will look stay here again. "
  • Lmackey31
"Lots of outdoor space but there are also wild animals so you have to keep an eye on them! There are nearby trails, parks and lots of dog owners. Most houses have yards. Coyotes are a bit of a problem and you don’t want to let your dog out at night without keeping an eye on them. "
  • Trulia User
"Everyone in our neighborhood walks their babies and are very conscientious about cleaning up after them. Lots of dogs and very friendly neighbors to boot!"
  • Hkr50sf
"There are numerous cultural events; opera, symphony, arts and galleries that make this community unusually rich especially for a small city."
  • Ortigozakailey
"Your not suppose to have big dogs plus have to pay for a animal living here , but you can walk your dogs and have a good walk and talk to other people "
  • Tashac1214
"Santa Fe is full of liberal fruits. You are shamed if you don’t believe like them. The commute is fine. People drive super fast!"
  • Run2win314
"It takes just 10 minutes to get downtown or to the outlet mall. There is access via several roads to get around with ease. Great location!"
  • Ariana A.
"There's nowhere for dogs to just relax outside. The dog run is behind the apartments. Overcharged for dog rent. "
  • Rob D.
"I’ve just moved to,this neighborhood. But so far so good. Nice neighbors and very walkable. Though most shopping needs a car. "
  • Run2win314
"The neighborhood is mostly older owners. Most people are quiet and keep to themselves. There are multiple speed bumps which keeps the speed of traffic to a minimum"
  • Laila A.
"It’s a safe neighborhood that I would trust my own kids in. The only thing is that it’s kind of difficult to get around without a vehicle "
  • Saxton.richard
"The commute is “scenic” and low traffic. Roads are bumpy in places. Fairly common to be stuck with. Traffic in the rush hours"
  • Pbgoesicloud
"Very Expensive cost of living especially for younger adults with or without children. Multiple jobs required to make end meet for many people."
  • theresa vaughn
"It looks nice well kept homes and yards looks like it would be a quite place to live I do have a small dog and never had a problem"
  • MarkinNM
"I don’t have school age children but SF, a capital city seems more like a small town. The schools look nice but do research the neighborhood."
  • Chris
"Great. I get in the highway and then drive up a mountain every day. The area doesn’t have traffic. Snow and ice in winter are the only consideration I need to make for my commute. "
  • Frank Wimberly
"Country feel within the city límits. Large lots (1 acre). Close to grocery stores, churches, hospital, but wildlife visits frequently."
  • Rhoda
"I like it because it’s safe, also it’s not noisy. The kids can play outside without worrying about what might happen in terms of safety."
  • Trulia User
