VERY Strict NO pets (No Exceptions), NO smoking, and NO Satellite Dish Policy. Very secure nice quiet area. This home is not in a subdivision. Zoned for the all new Middle Valley elementary school. $975 per month with a $975 security deposit and minimal one year lease agreement required (priority given to long term tenants).
