This graceful home has all the upgrades. If you need a lovely place that is functional and easy to use for life in 2026, this is it. There is absolutely no wasted space in this floor plan, plus the added convenience of having a mailbox at the end of your driveway is only available in Phase 1. Here you will enjoy the luxury feature of a fireplace in the tasteful primary suite. Other high-end upgrades added during the build include double ovens, gas range, custom island, wine cooler, all custom light fixtures, custom primary closet, custom built-ins in the playroom, vaulted ceilings, an added bath to create a second suite upstairs, and upgraded cabinets in the laundry room. The sellers have thoughtfully added a concrete pad beside the 2-car garage to make parking for multiple cars less troublesome. An elegant addition is accent lighting in the hallway and great room, and a practical one is a privacy fence. The Baird Farms location is a quick trip to shopping and dining, an easy commute to the airport and downtown Nashville, and a welcoming community with a pool, walking trails, and a playground. "My commute, although sometimes lengthy, is generally pleasant. There are multiple route options and timing is everything. "
  • Spcfariss
"Mt Juliet sucks! Everybody here is judgmental and better than everybody else. They're more important than you so you best just give way to them, otherwise they'll just hit you. If you dont stop and just let them in they'll flip you off like you're in the wrong. Traffic laws dont matter, MJPD only enforced speed limits and weed laws. If it doesnt turn a profit for the city they don't enforce it."
  • Dominique A.
"Our street has an Octoberfest each year. The kids know each other and play together. I grew up here so while I miss the old charm, the new updates are great. "
  • Prentice D. B.
"It's peaceful and beautiful when the seasons change. It has gotten bigger which has ruined the peaceful feel a little."
  • David D.
"Small town feel close to big city. Convenient to airport and many great shopping and restaurant options "
  • Crabbrn
