Description

This is a new house and we didn't have a chance live in it yet! So you will be the first one to have is opportunity and honor.

If you want to visit, please just go to the sample house first. The hour will be Monday - Sunday, from 10 am. to 5 pm, they have the exact same house type.

The Evette includes a convenient lower-floor bedroom and bath just off the entryway. The main floor features an open kitchen with a window view of the covered balcony, while an adjacent dining room offers direct balcony access. On the other side of the kitchen, a spacious living room provides a perfect gathering space. Two master suites with private bathrooms can be found on the upper floor, one of which features an expansive walk-in closet. You'll also appreciate a laundry room located between the master bedrooms for ease of use!
We have also updated the kitchen and the floor.

    "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
