OH! IT'S THE VIEW! That was the owner's first comment when I asked for the best features of the home! And, WOW!, was she right!!! From the full width and wrap around deck, the view is fabulous. If the Salton Sea/Desert Shores area speaks to you, then this is your future home. The current owners modifications include, new energy windows all around, remodeled kitchen, guest bath remodel, new heater and air conditioner, INCLUDING duct work, and re-sealed roof just this past year. They also added a watering system to garden area to south of the home. In addition, new skirting has been added. It is just beautiful inside with newer paint and carpet and laminate flooring. All work was done with the owners' intending to keep it, but as family situations change our choices in life, they find a need to sell at this time. Although built in 1969, this home has a brand new feeling when you walk in. Wheelchair access is already there for those who may need it. Furniture and the 1994 GEO Tracker are available outside of escrow. Nothing has been overlooked here!!!

Only 1 teacher are good from the entire school. I saw so much people get bullied right in front of staff they NEVER did anything. I got death threats and someone threatened to fight me all the old principal did was just tell them to not do it again and got sent back to class. No suspension at ALL. And not even a phone call to their parents. Only some teachers care about the learning. People that are slightly different from the popular kids gotten made fun of horribly. There was photos spreading around of random classmates being used as stickers because it’s funny cause their “weird” Lol!! They were even at the school. No one did anything. People making fun of others yearbook photos AND it being posted online. They always bullied quiet, and or nice people. This was my experience with the old principal.Hopefully the new principal is better. Get batter staff too.

"It’s a quiet neighborhood not much traffic and you could go on walks I. The morning or afternoons. There the desert to go off roading. Or you can go to the shore and watch the birds and the water if you don’t mind a little stink. "

"Salton Sea area you need to have your own or reliable transition. There is no major shopping place for groceries and the closest to here is about 30 plus miles away."

"There are stray dogs roaming around, once in a while. It would be a great idea to bring some type of protection for you and your dog. Sometimes the neighbors will let their dogs roam around too but they are friendly."

"Difficult austere environment, wide open spaces. Night sky is beautiful and the Salton Sea is also quite lovely at dawn. Lots of birds. If you want solitude and don't mind driving to Indio for shopping this is an all right place to be. It's common to have 120 degree summer days and there's no rainfall. A hermits dream, in a nutshell. "
