This is an open 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2 story home with a 2 car garage and fenced yard with patio. It is located at the top of a cul-de-sac. The entire downstairs has all hardwoods, nine foot ceilings, and has upgraded fixtures throughout. The large open kitchen has Corian countertops, a flat top stove, microwave, tiled backsplash, disposal and all steel appliances. The family room has a gas fireplace with a TV insert above, as well as a room beside it that can be used for a second dining area or a living room. A half bath is also located downstairs. The entire upstairs is carpeted with the exception of the bathrooms and laundry room which are all tiled. The large master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, walk in closet, linen closet and separate toilet room. There are two other bedrooms (approx. 11 x 12) upstairs, as well as a full bath with a linen closet. There is also an open area that can be used as an upstairs den, playroom or office. Newly painted outside and new roof in 2018. The award winning schools are within 5 minutes of the home. BMW, I-85 and GSP airport are easily within 10 minutes of the home.

Renter pays all utilities. Must have a credit score of 650 minimum. One small dog negotiable with deposit. Non smoker. Will take 1 year lease, but prefer two years. Television and new washer and dryer may stay in the home if needed. Some furniture and items may be bought or negotiated into rental.
