4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWest is an underated school. I have had many great experiences with Ms. Meredith and i feel she is very caring and envolved with the children at West. I have two children who have been there since 3rd grade and now are in 8th and 9th grade and my youngest has been there since 1st now going into 5th grade. All the times I've been in the school and seen her, she's smiling or always talking to kids/parents/staff. A few times that there have been issues at school, she's been very open to hearing how I feel and to help addressing the specific needs my children may need depending on the circumstance. She is flexible and understanding. I have also had many close relationships with many of my children's teachers and there definately some great teachers who love what they do. My older children miss it and love to visit still. They both left the school with straight A's and Presidental Silver Awards (being above a 3.4 gpa from 4th - 6th grade). I am very proud and confident my last child will do just as awesome. I feel that West is a great school and of the many schools my children have been to, this one is high on my favorite list.Parent Review11y ago5 Reviews - North Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe're a military family. My kids have went to a few different schools and done great. This past year was my child's first at North. Some of the things I've seen have left me speechless. The kids completely run this school. The teachers have no control.Bullying is terrible here. I don't even know what could help this school but I can't send my kid back because the school is like a big circusTeacher Review4y ago5 Reviews - C M Russell High School

"It’s a dog friendly neighborhood. While it lacks a dog park, there is enough space to play fetch and outdoor train. "

"Easy and close to the highway and shopping and work. Small town feel with everything you could want. Not a lot of restaurants but local places aren’t bad. "

"it's nothing like Cali and 6 lane traffic. Our main route through town has 3 lanes most of the way through it. It takes maybe 1/2 hour to get from one side of town to the other if it isn't busy."

"We’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year now. The views are great. Most neighbors are very friendly, though some keep to themselves. The hills and lack of sidewalks make biking for little kids a challenge. There are plenty of dogs, bunnies, birds and lovely yards. "

"Parks and trail systems are great and provide doodoo bags for pet owners. Great dog park also! Sunnyside park has plenty of space to play with pets separate from children’s’ area. Most homes have fenced yards. "

"The neighborhood isn’t great. But it’s ok if you like downtown Great Falls. Other then that drugs are being ran all around here, people stumble around because they are drunk and the bars are closed all the time"

"It is a family-friendly neighborhood. Safe for kids and pets to walk around. Easy to get to downtown but is tucked away from traffic so it is quiet. Across the street is the Meadowlark Country Club for golf enthusiasts. They also have indoor and outdoor tennis, an outdoor pool, small gym and a great restaurant with a view of the Missouri River. CMRussel Art Auction every 3rd week of March happened here every year. Baseball field for little kids and a walking trail for dogs is a big plus at the end of our street. "
